Established in 2000, Shenzhen Hochuen Technologies has 12 years' experience in producing all kinds of labels, nameplates, membrane switches, real leather cases, double-side adhesive tapes, protective films, electric insulating products, light-shield films and EMI shield products as well as shockproof and cushion products.
We have three factories totaling an area of 30,000 square meters. They are equipped with world-class equipment such as Flexo printing machines, seven-station rotary die-cut machines and 13 semi-automatic production lines backed up by 1,500 employees including over 40 technical staff. We cooperate with more than 25 suppliers who have over five years' experience in supplying reliable material. Our annual turnover is $54 million.
We customize products in various colors, sizes, shapes, numbers and fonts. Owing to our team efforts, we have established close relationships with many famous corporations such as IBM, HP, Dell, Apple, Nokia, Motorola, Philips, Foxconn, Flextronics, Jabil, ZTE and Nikon. With more than five years' experience from Foxconn and BYD, our 35 R&D engineers are equipped with advanced equipment from the US and can develop customized samples within three to five days.
Experts with advanced equipment from Japan and the US, our 120 QC staff implement 7S and TQM to improve our quality and GP system. So far, we have attained ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18000 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications and we will introduce SA 8000 and TS 16949:2002. As a result, our products meet RoHS, CE and UL standards. Additionally, material is sourced from the US, South Korea and Japan.
We have six English-speaking international sales representatives with more than five years' experience, a special team offering trade customs clearance and shipping arrangement services.
